Generation happens entirely in this browser tab — nothing is uploaded anywhere.

How it works

  1. Drop in a CSV — the columns are read automatically, nothing leaves this tab.
  2. Check the auto-guessed column mapping in step 02, or fix it if it guessed wrong.
  3. Set your format, size, and filename pattern in step 03.
  4. Check the live preview in step 04, then generate the full batch as a ZIP.

Tips for large batches

  • Export from Excel or Google Sheets as CSV, not .xlsx — direct Excel file support isn't built yet.
  • Check the preview before generating the full batch — it's faster to fix a wrong column mapping on 3 rows than on 3,000.
  • For labels that need to survive handling or dirt (warehouse tags, outdoor signage), bump error correction up to Q or H.
  • Very large batches (5,000+ rows) take a little while to zip — leave the tab open and watch the progress counter rather than refreshing.

Questions

What columns does my CSV need?

At minimum, one column with the QR content (a URL or any text). Filename, caption, price and category are all optional and only used if you map them.

What happens if a row is missing the QR data value?

That row is skipped — it won't produce an empty or broken QR code in your ZIP.

Can two rows end up with the same filename?

No — if your filename pattern would produce a duplicate, a number is automatically appended (like SKU001-1.svg) so nothing gets overwritten.

How many rows can this actually handle?

Files must be under 20 MB. Free export covers up to 20 codes per batch; a $7 Batch Pass covers one file and worksheet up to 5,000 codes. Pro supports unlimited batches, with practical job size limited by your browser and device memory.

My product names have commas in them — will that break the mapping?

No, as long as that field is wrapped in quotes in the CSV, which Excel and Google Sheets do automatically when a cell contains a comma.

Can I generate WiFi or vCard-formatted codes in bulk?

Yes — pick WiFi or vCard as the QR code type in step 03, then map the relevant columns (SSID/password for WiFi, name/company/phone/etc. for vCard) in step 02. Each row is built to the real WiFi or vCard 3.0 format, the same as the individual WiFi and vCard generators produce.

Can I add a logo to every code in a batch?

Yes, on Pro — upload a logo in step 03 and it is overlaid on every code in the batch. Error correction is increased to H to help tolerate the overlay. Keep the logo small and scan-test the finished files before printing.
