Choose your input format
Upload CSV or an unprotected .xlsx workbook under 20 MB. Start with one unique header per column and one record per row. For Excel, choose a worksheet after import. Follow the CSV formatting reference or the Excel preparation guide.
Choose what a scan should do
Website mode checks complete http/https URLs. General mode stores links or plain text as supplied. WiFi mode builds connection credentials from SSID and password fields. vCard mode builds a contact card from mapped name, phone, email, and optional fields.
Map content and filenames
Map the content column to the information encoded in the pattern, and a stable ID to the filename. A caption in the bulk preview is a placement aid, not text added to the exported image. Use the captioned generator for one combined image, or the label workspace for a printable captioned grid.
Preview, export, and test
Inspect the generated previews and scan samples before printing. Blank required content is skipped; duplicate filenames are numbered. SVG preserves crisp edges in design software, while PNG works in image workflows. Keep the quiet zone clear and test the final physical print.
Free and paid exports
Generate individual codes free. Bulk export is free up to 20 codes per batch. A $7 Batch Pass covers one file and worksheet up to 5,000 codes. $39 lifetime Pro adds unlimited batches, logos on batch codes, and PDF label-sheet export. Compare the current plans before starting a production run.
