Questions
What's the difference between bulk and batch QR generation?
Nothing — they're the same workflow under two different names. Both mean generating many QR codes from a list at once instead of making each one by hand.
How many QR codes can I generate at once?
The free plan exports up to 20 codes per batch. A $7 Batch Pass covers one file and worksheet up to 5,000 codes; $39 lifetime Pro supports unlimited batches. Import files must be under 20 MB, and practical job size depends on browser memory.
Does it work with Excel files, or only CSV?
Both CSV and .xlsx workbooks are supported. Choose a worksheet after uploading an Excel file. Save older .xls files as .xlsx or export them as CSV first.
Is my spreadsheet uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read and processed entirely in your browser tab — it's never sent to a server, ours or anyone else's.
What file formats do I get back?
Each row becomes its own SVG or PNG file, named however you tell it to (like {SKU}.svg), all packed into a single ZIP.
Can I generate WiFi or vCard codes in bulk, or only links?
All three. Switch "QR code type" to WiFi or vCard in step 03 and the column mapping in step 02 updates to match — SSID/password for WiFi, name/company/phone/email/etc. for vCard — so each row becomes a properly formatted WiFi or contact-card code, not just a link.
