Turn a spreadsheet into a folder of QR codes
Making one QR code by hand is easy. Making 500 product labels, 300 staff vCards, or 2,000 inventory tags one at a time isn't — that's what this tool is for. Some people call it a bulk QR generator, others call it batch generation. Same workflow either way: upload a list, map your columns, and download a ZIP of correctly named codes.
Payment and licensing aren't live yet, so the bulk workspace is locked for now. The free single-code generators are open in the meantime.
How it works
Upload a CSV
Product names, SKUs, guest lists, URLs — one row per QR code, any number of rows.
Map your columns
Tell it which column is the QR content, which is the filename, and which is the caption. It guesses for you first.
Set the format
SVG or PNG, size, error correction, and a filename pattern like {SKU}.svg.
Download the ZIP
Every row becomes its own correctly named file, packed into one download.

Questions
What's the difference between bulk and batch QR generation?
Nothing — they're the same workflow under two different names. Both mean generating many QR codes from a list at once instead of making each one by hand.
How many QR codes can I generate at once?
There's no hard cap in the tool itself — people have run a few thousand rows through it. How far you can push it depends on your browser and device, since everything happens locally rather than on a server.
Does it work with Excel files, or only CSV?
CSV only, today. Excel export from Google Sheets or Excel itself works fine — just save your file as CSV first. Direct .xlsx support is on the roadmap.
Is my spreadsheet uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read and processed entirely in your browser tab — it's never sent to a server, ours or anyone else's.
What file formats do I get back?
Each row becomes its own SVG or PNG file, named however you tell it to (like {SKU}.svg), all packed into a single ZIP.
Can I generate WiFi or vCard codes in bulk, or only links?
Right now, bulk generation encodes whatever text or URL is in your mapped column directly — it doesn't build WiFi or vCard-formatted codes yet. For those, use the individual WiFi or vCard generators for now.
