Get scanned straight to a Spotify track or playlist
Paste a Spotify track, album, playlist, or podcast link and get a standard QR code for album art, flyers, or packaging — scannable with any phone camera, not just Spotify's own scanner.
Fill in the fields to see a live preview.
Logo added — error correction bumped to H to help tolerate the overlay. Scan-test the finished code before printing.

How it works
- In Spotify, open the track, album, playlist, artist, or podcast episode and choose Share → Copy link.
- Paste it into the field below and check the preview.
- Scan it yourself to confirm it opens the right thing before printing.
- Download the SVG for packaging, vinyl inserts, or print, or PNG for a digital use.
Good to know
- This is a standard QR code, not a Spotify Code (the barcode-style pattern Spotify's own app generates) — the difference matters: a Spotify Code only scans inside the Spotify app itself, while this scans with any phone camera and opens Spotify (or a browser) from there.
- A playlist or artist link is more durable for long-lived print material than a single track or episode link, since individual tracks occasionally get pulled for licensing reasons.
- Spotify links open the Spotify app if it's installed, or open.spotify.com in a browser if it isn't — playback and sign-in requirements depend on the listener’s region, device, and Spotify account.
Questions
Is this the same as a Spotify Code?
No. A Spotify Code is the barcode-style pattern generated inside Spotify's own app, and it only scans using Spotify's in-app scanner. This tool makes a standard QR code instead, which any phone's regular camera can scan.
Do I need a Spotify API key or developer account?
No. It just encodes whatever Spotify link you paste — no API, no login, no artist verification.
Can I link to a whole album or playlist instead of one track?
Yes — copy the share link for whichever one you want; tracks, albums, playlists, artist profiles, and podcast episodes all use the same kind of Spotify link.
Will this work for someone without Spotify Premium?
The code opens the Spotify link without checking Premium status. Playback availability depends on Spotify’s current free-tier rules, the region, and the listener’s account.
What if I don't have the Spotify app installed?
The link opens open.spotify.com in a browser instead, and plays a preview or prompts you to open the app — it still works either way.
