Good to know
- If you need pre-filled answers, build a "pre-fill link" inside Google Forms first (Send → Get pre-filled link), then paste that longer URL here instead of the plain share link.
- Google's shortened forms.gle links work fine and keep the QR code less dense than the full forms.google.com URL.
- For an in-person event, test the scan on the venue's actual WiFi/cell signal beforehand — a form that loads instantly on your desk can lag on crowded event WiFi.

Can I track how many people scanned versus how many actually submitted?
This tool doesn't track scans — it just encodes your link. For submission counts, use Google Forms' own built-in response summary.
Does the QR code stop working if I edit my form later?
No — editing questions inside an existing form doesn't change its URL, so the same QR code keeps pointing to the current version.
