Bulk URL QR Code Generator
Turn product links, branch pages, manuals, or campaign destinations into one QR file per row. Website mode flags values without a valid http or https address so spreadsheet mistakes are visible before export.
A URL list with filenames you can trace
ID,Name,URL product-101,Product care guide,https://example.com/products/101/care product-102,Assembly instructions,https://example.com/products/102/assembly
Download the URL CSV template. Map URL to QR data and ID to filename. The exported product-101.svg can then be matched to the same spreadsheet row. Avoid using the whole web address as a filename.
Website validation before a production run
Website mode accepts complete http:// or https:// links. Missing schemes, blank cells, and other protocols are skipped and counted in a warning. This is a syntax check: a correctly written address can still return an error or require login.
- Upload your spreadsheet and choose the worksheet if needed.
- Map URL and filename columns; select SVG for print artwork or PNG for image workflows.
- Resolve warnings in your source file and re-upload. Check URLs with spaces, old domain names, and temporary access tokens.
- Scan samples from the start, middle, and end of the list. For high-value print runs, check every destination.
- Download the ZIP and keep the source spreadsheet as your placement reference.
When to use general bulk mode
This page starts the workspace in website-validation mode. The general bulk QR generator also encodes plain text, identifiers, WiFi credentials, and vCards. Use text QR generation for data that should display as text rather than open a website.
Links in artwork or links on label sheets
Use the ZIP when a designer will place codes into packaging, brochures, or an existing template. Use Pro PDF label sheets when the list needs a regular grid with readable product names. Caption mapping in the bulk ZIP preview does not add captions to its individual images; use the captioned generator for one combined QR-and-text image.

Questions about bulk url qr code generator
Does the tool check whether each page is online?
It checks that the mapped value is a complete http or https URL. It does not fetch destinations or verify availability, permissions, or page content. Open representative links and scan-test your files before printing.
Can I keep tracking parameters?
Yes. The mapped URL is encoded directly, including query parameters and fragments. Use tracking parameters you need, but avoid encoding temporary session or signed URLs in durable prints.
Can I change a destination after export?
The QR pattern cannot be edited. You can update content at a stable URL you control, but changing the encoded URL requires generating a replacement QR code.
How much does a large URL batch cost?
Up to 20 codes per batch are free. A $7 Batch Pass covers one file up to 5,000 codes. $39 lifetime Pro includes unlimited batches, logos on batch codes, and printable PDF sheets. Larger jobs depend on browser memory.
